I coukldn't find NTP for a while, but I now find it by going to
network management
cisco ios network management configuration guide
Basic System management
Setting Time and Calendar services
and finally.......configuring NTP
As for OER I would say know how to do a bit more than a very basic
config. There is truly too much to learn it all, but at least learn
how to conditionally inject some routes through BGP or some such. Then
get familiar with the configuration examples, there are some good ones
in the DOC.
