Latest IOS for Cisco 6513 Switch

Hi All

Currently the Switch Cisco 6513 with sup 720 is having *
s72033-ipservicesk9_wan-mz.122-18.SXE6a.bin* the Switch is having *
WS-X6066-SLB-S-K9* this Module and some *switchport capture, switchport
capture allowed vlan 100* to a perticular Port for *SPAN.*

Can sombody recommend me a latest IOS for the same with* SPAN and
WS-X6066-SLB-S-K9* working without any issue
