One other aspect to keep in mind is video, which also runs on RTP.
Video and voice in the same priority class may get you in some
trouble. If you couple your class map with DSCP EF you'll be in good
shape as most video traffic is AF41. Alternatively, find the port
ranges as video will usually have a different port range, vendor
specific. For Cisco it's 16384-32767.
