"VoIP traffic" could mean a lot of things, including voice
media/payload (e.g. RTP) and/or signalling (e.g. SIP).

For RTP, no, there are no 'reserved' ports. RTP is transport
independent - it is typically carried on top of UDP/IP but it doesn't
have to be. When carried on top of UDP/IP, RTP should use
even-numbered ports while RTCP should use the next highest
odd-numbered port.

The port ranges used vary between vendors/applications.

Cheers,
Dale
