Agree with Paul. I just finished a large MPLS project for an international
enterprise with sites all over the world, and many of them could only get
bonded TDM type circuits (T1/E1) at the last mile.

The other thing is that in the real world Ethernet handoff may cost more and
some companies just are not willing to pay the extra cost.
