Re: OT: BGP failing to establish a peer. Any ideas?

I just quickly labbed this and on 12.4T, the message is verbose, so I
was not correct. However, the switch may behave differently and
holdtime of 9 seconds is very aggressive for BGP. I would definitely
try without that to see what happens.
