That's the important part, the 6/0. That means the remote neighbor is sending an error code 6, which is Cease. However, it's not sending a sub-code. The Cease Notification subcodes are handled by RFC 4486, but unfortunately, they're not mandatory parts of the BGP spec.

3 Peer De-configured
4 Administrative Reset
5 Connection Rejected

Those are the subcodes, so one of those is likely the problem. Depending on what it is, the problem may be in the remote configuration, not on your end.
