No doubt you could get around some of the problems by swapping IOS images
around but at the end of the day the lab is based on 12.4T IOS.
But take a look at the feature navigator www.cisco.com/go/fn and you will
see there are plenty of newer features that won't be supported on the 3640.
The subtle differences in some commands would be killer as well.
This could be more of an annoyance than anything. I am sure this lab would
be fine for 90% of your studies and maybe 10% rack rental time?
I am just making sure people are aware before plonking down hard cash.

Hrm, I know the 3550's are missing PVLAN's and ipv6, but what are the 3640's
missing? I've yet to run into anything missing from the lab blueprint,
assuming you have the right ios image.
