With that being said, there are a few notable differences. Because the
console is not designed to hook up to a modem, the console port doesn't
support hardware flow control like the aux port does for modems and also the
console port does not support modem control signals used to end exec
sessions when you logout or the modem disconnects unexpectedly. Console also
does not support reverse telnet
