Yeah, they were a COMPLETE disaster...IMHO, it wasn't thought out very clearly...there were too many open issues going into it, that I don't think had proper answers in dealing with them...besides rack access issues, there were technical issues on the test which couldn't be addressed...once they solve the access issues (100% IOU will help) and then have some type of "chat" support help, I'd venture to say we'll see them again...but not at all the Pearson Vue centers, only the professional test centers which have a much higher degree of security.

When I attempted in San Jose, I asked about the Proctor about the Pearson tests during our lunch. He said they were pretty much a disaster, so I don't know how soon they will be trying that again.
