Once it is done via Peason Vue will they be selling the actual labs to
testking etc as they do now? Can you imagine the lab will be as worthless
as an MCSE and countless other vendor certs.

I'd venture to guess that the general plan is to have the entire R&S run
on IOU...that is the direction Cisco is heading...it makes economies of
scale much easier and also enables Cisco to utilize the Pearson Vue
professional testing centers to deliver the CCIE Lab exam...yeah...it's
coming! :)

Are they implementing IOU for config section also? IOU doesn't seem to
do any hardware specific features like QoS so I don't see how they could
run it on the config section unless they just let you type the commands
like Packet Tracer and then give you an output without really doing
anything on the backend.
For those of you that recently took the lab was the TS section working
OK?
Since it is running IOU.
