Sometimes Monday mornings can be busy and this morning it was very busy as
we released new products last Friday. This made the call volume far
higher than normal for a Monday morning.
I did check the call logs and saw that a call from the same number was
routed to voice mail twice a couple of minutes before you sent this. At
that time, the sales lines were all busy with additional calls on hold so
that would be why your call was routed to voicemail.
