At this point, the version of IOU that is *floating around on the interwebs*
is not without problems. It works well for certain things, but there are
some serious bugs that are total show stoppers. Dynamips is still much more
reliable. So until IOU gets a lot better, Dynamips + 4x 3550s/3560s is the
way to go. (Or all real gear).
