Hi experts,
below is my physical topology.
(SiteA)
R1--------CoreSw1-----------CoreSw2-------------R2----loopback0(10.27.0.1/32)
:.1 :.5
: :
: 10.0.0.0/30 :10.0.0.4/30
: :
:.2 :.6
R3--------CoreSw1----------CoreSw2-------------R4
(SiteB)
Eigrp is running on all the routers and core swicthes. R1 is connected to R3
via P2P link and same way R2 with R4.
loopback0 gets advertised via eigrp all the way to R3,Coresw1,Coresw2 and R4
in SiteB.
in R3 when I do "Sh ip eigrp topology 10.27.0.1/32" I see 2 paths - one from
R1 and another from R4.
But when i run the same command on R4 i see only one path and that is from
R2.
I think R4 should also learn topology atleast from 2 paths instead of one (
one from R2 and other from R3).
Can someone clarify why it is so.
Regds,
Govind
