Thanks i did it but there is no other option is avalaible it means that we
can do only using X modem in the switchs.
i change the Baud rate to 115200 it takes 20 minutes.then i change back to
9600

I have one more question how i termionate the telnet session when i am
telnet to my neigbor

example telnet 1.1.1.1 179
how i disconnect the telnet session
