OT : Brocade switch config. doubt

Hi

As I look in following configuration ; I would like to understand the
config. result . Sorry for asking this question ; but this is first time I
am working on NON-Cisco switches .

Configuration

vlan 6 name TEST
 untagged ethe <x/y>
 tagged ethe <a/b>
 router-interface ve 6
 no spanning-tree
 rstp priority 1
!

Can someone ; please point me out the meaning of this config (i want to be
100 % sure on this) and if possible cisco equivalent .
