   I would strongly recommend Voicebootcamp from Faisal Khan
www.voicebootcamp.com. I guess he is the only vendor who is giving training
in the latest version 8.5 and all his labs are based on 8.5x. We are in
middle of his bootcamp in Dubai and I can easily say that you get more than
what you expect from this bootcamp. He includes extra features like

presence,
contact center
350 labs in his U.C resource KIT and
400 hours of Rack Sessions etc.
