Yes, depends what module you're using to interconnect them. Traditionally on
MGX we used to populate STM4/STM1 and ATM interfaces. THese days GIGE or
others too.

Same thing with Cisco ONE...

Just pay attention - if you're running a DWDM ring then both should have
DWDM modules. Also many feature that we've in ciscoONE do not work when you
connect twi ciscoONE through MGX.
