Re: CCM - H323 fast start & MTP

You need MTP to do fast start outbound. You can check enable inbound
fast start without MTP. All MTPs are created equal (CCM, hardware,
software, 6608). The only difference on MTPs is that hardware PVDM2's
cannot do G.729, that must be in software. PVDM3's do not have this
problem.
