EIGRP Neighbor Relationship over GRE/IPSec Tunnel

Hi

I am running GRE/IPsec tunnels in my network & EIGRP as a routing protocol
over the tunnel.

Please put some light on this,

Is MTU should be same on both tunnel endoints for EIGRP Neighbor
Relationship.?

Is there any doc on this? Please let me know.
