RE: INE login issues?

None of the INE servers were compromised, nor was any customer data. The problem was with an outsourced "911 ticketing" system page from GradedLabs.com that our rack rental customers use to report rack problems through the INE members site. We've since changed how that is handled and removed any pages loading from non-INE servers when you login. GradedLabs has also brought the rack ticketing system back in-house to be handled by local support staff.
