Common EEM Applets

I've been working with EEM (Embedded Event Manager) and with the amount of
flexibility the technology provides, I'm trying to find a few commonly used
examples. In other words examples that I can build a framework of how
Applets are created so if one needs to be created in the lab, I'll know how
to do so.
