no peeer neighbor-route ?

Dear all,

i want to know why command is used " no peer neighbor-route " . is it only
used for ppp links and not hdlc links ?

Any technical caveats for using this command ..

also in QOS does the router calculates bandwidth using the clock rate
command or bandwidth command ?
