what have you tried? Post example of what you have tried and someone might
help you get it working. you probably want to use the event interface in
the EEM. you could tie this to the syslog or have the router send out an
email.

This is the description from the command reference for event interface.

To specify the event criteria for an Embedded Event Manager (EEM) applet
that is run on the basis of a generic interface counter crossing a threshold
or reaching exit criteria, use the *event interface *command in applet
configuration mode. To remove the interface event criteria, use the
*no*form of this command.
