HI muhammad,
I used ospf over FR physial interface.
So by default everything is nonbroadcast network type
So i used neighbor command for unicast hello packets, so it forms
neighborship but when i removed the neighbor command ,still the neighborship
is up and i see some messages that neighbor is flapping and i get this error
OSPF Nonneighbor,Sending hellp packets to unknown neighbor
