Try to do these steps.

        1 Using a console cable, select a master switch and build a base
 configuration that will be used for the entire switch stack. For the
slave switches, use the "write erase" and "delete flash:vlan.dat"
commands to clear the previous configuration.

        2 Provision the master switch using the "switch 1 provision
ws-c3750-##"
 command in global configuration mode; adjust the command for your
specific hardware. Repeat the command to provision switch 2, switch
3, etc.

        3 Set the master switch priority highest using the "switch 1 priority
15" command in global configuration mode.

        4 Connect the Cisco StackWise cables diagonally from Switch 1 to
 Switch 2, from Switch 2 to Switch 3, etc. Then, cable the top-most
switch to the bottom master switch (if starting from bottom).

        5.Verify that provisioning was successful using the command "show
switch detail."
