Re: NTP - doc cd

This happens almost all the time - some sections go missing. The first
thing is not to panic and feel comfortable using one of the other
trees. I usually prefer going to 15.0 instead of dropping back a
version, as it may happen that some of the newer features are missing.
Of course, the same goes for features being documented that don't
exist in your code, but that's the risk I'm more willing to take for
some reason :-)
