Re: NTP - doc cd

You can find it in 15.1 tree in:

Network Management -> Cisco IOS Network Management Configuration Guide
-> Basic System Management -> Setting Time and Calendar Services

It's not the first time things disappear from 12.4T documentation
tree, but not from 15.x. Since 15.0 is at least two years old, I think
it makes sense for Cisco to keep that one up to date and not the older
versions.
