OSPF Passive-Interface Question

Hi Guys,

I had a question about OSPF and passive-interface that I'm hoping someone
can help further explain to me.

Is safe to assume that if you put an interface under "ip ospf network
point-to-multipoint non-broadcast" that you can remove passive interface on
that interface without worrying about it responding to a multicast hello or
sending one?
