need help

Hi,

I use procera for Bandwidth Management on my network. but I notice that the
download reported by Procera is 3 or 4 times more than the actual download
as reported by the browser or download accelerator.

I need help on what I can implement on the network to clean my network of
any denial of my valuable network resources.
