Hi Peter,

I would advice to spend time with something which charges your energy up.

It is individually, but personally me, was watching fights of Fedor
Emelianenko on youtube.
When I saw how he managed his opponents and how he got out of real troubles
on the ring, I was getting power not only for CCIE preparation.

Find your own charging activity, look on other people who managed match
worse troubles and get your power for lab.

The thing which was NOT working for me at all - is continuing labbing when I
didn't have power for that. A lot of things just bypass your brain.

Manage yourself, good luck.
