Hey Dude.
Re-certification (via taking a 642-* test or IE written) will push your
professional certs forward FROM the date of passing that re-cert exam.
However it will push your IE cert (if you taking IE written as a
re-cert) from the lab passing day. So you can align your professional
certs with your lab re-cert date by taking IE written. This means you
won't have to bother about your professional certs since you'd have to
pass IE written every other year to keep your IE status active.
In your case, you should take IE written BEFORE your NA/NP expires in
July, j*ust this time*. Next time and from that point forward you can
take your IE written in August every second year.
Hope that makes sense.
