OT : sorry but this is related to " best NMS software '

Dear all

sorry for OT . i know this has already been discussed but i am unable to get
it in archives.

question : what the best nms software to manage cisco decices. wifi radio
devices . ups status . etc etc... one that give complete controll from
management station . should also be able to configur the devices remotely .
