Dynamic authorization polci

Dear Adam,

I configuring my 7206VXR to dynamically change authorization policy (to give
quota on my free radius):-

aaa server radius dynamic-author

client yyy.yyy.yyy.yyy server-key xxxxx

Even I have the latest advanced enterprise IOS, but still it don't change
the data rates automatically.

Any suggest or hand-on on this task.
