Nortel - Cisco

Hello All,

Please accept my apologies but this is the only place where I can get my
answer from.

I got an offer to work for nortel products. Will this be helpful to learn
most of the technologies. Its a l3 role and involves more of routing
-switching as well as troubleshooting.

Presently I am preparing for CCIE RS while I work on Call Manager and I am
more interested in RnS.

WHile working on nortel products will it be little easy for me to learn
technologies ? I do understand that the command syntax will change but again
will it be the best option for me to learn RnS.

I have never worked on ROuting/Switching - I did the basic configs in the
real time and while preparing for CCIE RS I learned a lot. I did many labs
and am confident of configuring the devices but agian need expert/group
advise so that I can take this offer will full f confidence.
