I don't think DSP's can be properly simulated in dynamips. I stripped my R&S lab to build the voice and i had most of the other parts lying around. The same rules apply for the VMs that are used in the blindhog post below. I use thin provisioned red hat 4 el, 2 gigs of ram and a 72 gig hardrive. All other settings are default.

Then you'll just need the FCS version of CM, CCX, and Presence. An OS platform disc will save you the hassle of any server 2003 hacks.
