this is very poorly documented on the doccd under IPv6 multicast
configuration, the only mention i have been able to find there is this
command reference:

Step 9

show ipv6 pim [vrf *vrf-name*] tunnel [*interface-type interface-number*]
Example:

Router# show ipv6 pim tunnel

Displays information about the PIM register encapsulation and
de-encapsulation tunnels on an interface.

Step 9

show ipv6 pim [vrf *vrf-name*] tunnel [*interface-type interface-number*]
Example:

Router# show ipv6 pim tunnel

Displays information about the PIM register encapsulation and
de-encapsulation tunnels on an interface.
show ipv6 pim [vrf vrf-name] tunnel [interface-type interface-number]
Example:
Router# show ipv6 pim tunnel
 Displays information about the PIM register encapsulation and
de-encapsulation tunnels on an interface.

Sample Output from the show ipv6 pim tunnel Command
The following is sample output from the show ipv6 pim tunnel command on the
RP:
Router# show ipv6 pim tunnel
Tunnel0*
 Type :PIM Encap
 RP :100::1
 Source:100::1
Tunnel0*
 Type :PIM Decap
 RP :100::1
