Thanks for all the off-list replies. I have an open case numbered [Case#:
01242867] with "Cisco Certification Support". I was told they would get back
with my by Tuesday of next week. If anyone on the list is with Cisco or
anyone who knows someone there that could put in a word to help out, it
would be greatly appreciated. All i'm really looking for is a voucher to
reschedule my lab @ RTP within the next year.
