From site to site Internet failover

I am working on strategy to setup Internet failover. I have site to site vpn's
setup at one site with static route for the remote network at site a. I plan to
setup vpn peering for these remote site at site b. I believe that I can setup
remote asa with peering for site a and b right? I am not sure how to setup the
static route for the remote network at site b for failover. How do I address the
Nat at each location during failover? I can send you diagram if you are interested.
 
I appreciate any help I can get.
