I am not Cisco focused guy but if you've already have CIsco iptel
environment then don't even think of using any other fax solutions. U will
see their engineer coming and won't have a clue re what's happening when it
comes to troubleshooting.
Stick to Cisco - End to end. You've one throat to choke!
RightFAX is #1 in fax solution - that is what Cisco re-selling. I have
deployed RightFAX for about 10+ cusotmer's never had an issue, integrates
with mac/windows/linux OS environment.
yes that is another thing you'd want to know - most small fax companies do
not have fax client for MAC or LINUX.
