Amin,
Well, you might look to see whether or not the issues are related to
spanning-tree (i.e. BPDU guard). That's usually the most common cause. If
you're running port security on that port you might do show port-security
interface command to see if that is causing the issue. UDLD might also cause
a port to go into an err-disabled state as well, however it's more commonly
used on fiber interfaces. I'm sure some of the experts on here can comment
on other things to check as well, but these are what I've run into most
often.
