Hello,

I also encounter this issue and what I found until now is that when a
Win7 machine "wake-up" from hibernate, it announce this 0000.0000.0000
mac-address, instead of its real one.

For now, I don't have too many details, but I'm looking into this issue
and if I find something I'll share it here.
