How much money have you ever spent on materials where the instructors
sometimes seem like they have:

1. Not prepared for the material they are presenting?
2. Seem like they have not seen the material or maybe lack a full
comprehension of the issue themselves?

That's uncalled for... however, it was paid for.

What's worse is when owners of these companies insult you personally (yep!)
or even cuss you out when they ask for your opinion and you give it them.

If you really want to know what's uncalled for - maybe I need to post two
threads of emails from either vendor with "EXPERT" in the name...

Now that would what's uncalled for... but probably due at this point.
