seems Carlos is right, you cannot use a RSPAN vlan as destination, the
documentation says:
"An RSPAN VLAN can only be used as a SPAN source."

Maybe ERSPAN will be useful for your pourposes, but I guess it can
start and terminate only on Nexus switches:
