the whole point of that thing is , will have Two WAN links with two different
ISPs , which basically do the load balancing , In this case if One link goes
down then Traffic will use the other link and if the other link goes down
then Traffic route to another link .. like 99 % up time...

not sure why you would only want to use one then the other and not just equal
cost load balance or other solution such as OER/PfR even if you want to get
new and advanced...
