Relation is that MPPE *requires* MS-CHAP authentication, or it won't
work. use-case scenario is when you want to use Microsoft PPE to
encrypt traffic on the PPP link.

If you don't configure source interface for traps, they will be sent
from the interface that is closest to the trap host in terms of
routing.
