Thanks for your replay :)
I bought sandisk 8gb cf card from a local vendor
but I got this error

CORE-SW1#sh disk1
%Error show disk1: (Invalid DOS media or no media in slot)
CORE-SW1#format disk1
Format operation may take a while. Continue? [confirm]
Format operation will destroy all data in "disk1:". Continue? [confirm]
Format: Drive communication & 1st Sector Write OK...
Writing Monlib
sectors...........................................................................................................
Monlib write complete
...
Format: All system sectors written. OK...
%Error formatting disk1 (Format failure - Invalid disk status after format)
CORE-SW1#
