Load balancng on Firewall

To all

My client is want to perform load balancing on firewall between Two Internet
ADSL line which i recommend him not possible .But he is not convince he said
he performed EQLB on netscreen i dunt know how .Can any1 of you provide me
technical documentation which show pros/cons of LOAD BALANCING on firewall
