Control+6+shift sends an ASCII code of 30 to the router. Some terminal
programs use different characters to input the ASCII 30 to the router. I
have never used terminal in Mac for real routers; however, you can change
the break sequence on the cisco router.
for the current session "terminal escape-character" or you can use the same
command under the VTY or line con 0. You can also use show terminal to show
the break sequence.
