There is a bunch of useful ethertypes here:

as a regular CLI reference it should be available during the lab.

Also there is some useful stuff here:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/customer/docs/security/asa/asa82/configuration/guide/ref_ports.html

They might limit your access to the latter one since it has a sample
configurations section which may be close to real solutions.

IMO they should not test you on remembering particular ethertypes, but there
we go again :-)
